With the Wedding Day Blueprint experience, all planning and preparation leading up to your wedding is handled directly by Barbara. She will guide you through the final stages of planning, ensuring every detail, timeline, and vendor communication is thoughtfully organized.

On the wedding day itself, Barbara, or a trusted lead coordinator from the Joined By Love team when needed, will oversee the execution of the plans we’ve prepared together, ensuring everything unfolds seamlessly so you can be fully present and enjoy the celebration.

    On the day of your celebration, we oversee the schedule, coordinate vendors, and manage the flow of events to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

    Venue inquiries, availability checks, and booking arrangements are coordinated directly by the planner.

    Planner does not attend the rehearsal dinner, but does attend the ceremony rehearsal at the venue.

  • Leave the tracking to us for guests who have not RSVP’d by the one-month deadline. Our team will follow up directly with invited guests to confirm attendance so final catering counts, décor quantities, and other planning details can be updated accurately.

    For couples using Zola or The Knot, we are able to track outstanding RSVPs directly through your wedding website.
    If another RSVP method is used, couples must provide a list of guests who have not responded along with their corresponding email addresses or phone numbers so we can follow up accordingly.

  • Our wait staff assists with buffet service, bussing tables, and supporting the flow of the reception throughout the evening. At the end of the night, they also help with teardown and packing up items as needed.

    Pricing may vary depending on the guest count and whether real dishes or disposable place settings are used.
