Monthly planning meetings are included, with the option to meet every two weeks as your wedding day approaches or whenever additional guidance is helpful.

Meetings are available virtually for your convenience, allowing us to refine details and ensure every aspect of your plans stays organized and on track.

We create a detailed wedding day timeline outlining every key moment of your celebration—from vendor arrivals and ceremony preparation to reception events and send-off.
This timeline is shared with all vendors to ensure everyone is aligned and the day flows smoothly.

Developing the timeline early in the planning process also helps guide important decisions, such as determining the ceremony start time so it can be included on your invitations. The full timeline is generally prepared around four months before the wedding.

Vendor inquiries, availability checks, and booking arrangements are coordinated directly by the couple within this planning experience.

An experienced coordinator will be on-site throughout your wedding day to manage the timeline, coordinate vendors, and oversee every detail.

Our goal is to ensure your plans are executed seamlessly so you can relax and fully enjoy your celebration.

We assist with developing thoughtful layouts for your ceremony and reception spaces.

This includes planning table placement, seating arrangements, and key areas such as the dance floor and guest flow to ensure the space is both functional and visually appealing.

A final meeting will be scheduled with the couple prior to the wedding to review all important details and ensure everything is confirmed for the big day. During this meeting, we will review the wedding day timeline, vendor information, and logistics to ensure every element is organized for a smooth and successful celebration.

Attendance at any required venue’s final walkthrough to review logistics, layout, and key details with the venue team and vendors to ensure everything is prepared for the wedding day.

This package includes coordination of your ceremony rehearsal. For weddings with a wedding party of six or more, rehearsal coordination is provided the day before your wedding at the ceremony venue, pending venue availability. During this time, we guide your wedding party through the processional order and timing so everyone feels confident and prepared.

If the venue is not available the day prior, or for weddings with smaller wedding parties, a ceremony walkthrough will take place on the wedding day to ensure everyone understands their roles and timing.

We carefully prepare for your wedding day by reviewing all plans, confirming details with vendors, and finalizing the timeline.

On the day of your celebration, we oversee the schedule, coordinate vendors, and manage the flow of events to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
An assistant coordinator is also included to help manage details and provide additional support, ensuring every aspect of the day is handled seamlessly.

This schedule is designed to work alongside the master wedding day timeline and the photographer’s timeline, ensuring everyone closest to you understands where they need to be without feeling overwhelmed by the full production schedule. Provide assistance requesting vendor quotes to help you compare options that align with your budget and style. This includes gathering up to two quotes per vendor category.

Support tracking vendor payments and expenses to help keep your wedding budget organized and ensure important payment deadlines are not missed.

Expert insight to help you maximize your wedding budget, including guidance on spending priorities and identifying opportunities to get the best value from your vendors.

Assistance researching hotel options and securing room blocks for your guests, helping make hotel accommodations convenient and accessible for everyone attending your celebration.

Limited post-wedding support is available for up to 30 days following your celebration for final vendor wrap-ups or outstanding logistical matters related to the wedding day.

We assist in researching and securing locations for your rehearsal dinner, helping you find the perfect setting to host this special pre-wedding celebration.

Venue inquiries, availability checks, and booking arrangements are coordinated directly by the planner.

Planner does not attend the rehearsal dinner, but does attend the ceremony rehearsal at the venue.
