Approximately 3-4 months before the wedding, we meet to review all details of your wedding plans, vendor contracts, and logistics to ensure everything is organized and ready for the big day.
With the Wedding Day Blueprint experience, all planning and preparation leading up to your wedding is handled directly by Barbara. She will guide you through the final stages of planning, ensuring every detail, timeline, and vendor communication is thoughtfully organized.
On the wedding day itself, Barbara, or a trusted lead coordinator from the Joined By Love team when needed, will oversee the execution of the plans we’ve prepared together, ensuring everything unfolds seamlessly so you can be fully present and enjoy the celebration.

For weddings with a wedding party of six or more, rehearsal coordination is provided the day before your wedding at the ceremony venue, pending venue availability. During this time, we guide your wedding party through the processional order and timing so everyone feels confident and prepared.
If the venue is not available the day prior, or for weddings with smaller wedding parties, a ceremony walkthrough will take place on the wedding day to ensure everyone understands their roles and timing.

Leave the tracking to us for guests who have not RSVP’d by the one-month deadline. Our team will follow up directly with invited guests to confirm attendance so final catering counts, décor quantities, and other planning details can be updated accurately.
For couples using Zola or The Knot, we are able to track outstanding RSVPs directly through your wedding website.
If another RSVP method is used, couples must provide a list of guests who have not responded along with their corresponding email addresses or phone numbers so we can follow up accordingly.

Our wait staff assists with buffet service, bussing tables, and supporting the flow of the reception throughout the evening. At the end of the night, they also help with teardown and packing up items as needed.

To keep everything organized and easy to reference, communication is primarily conducted via email. This ensures all details, decisions, and updates are clearly documented throughout the planning process.
In addition, scheduled planning meetings are included within your package to review progress, discuss details, and provide guidance at key points throughout your planning journey.

We serve weddings within one hour of our location without additional travel fees. For venues located beyond this range, a travel fee may apply, typically starting between $150–$250 depending on distance and travel time.
For weddings requiring extended travel, overnight accommodations and additional travel arrangements may be required. All travel details will be clearly discussed and confirmed in advance so there are no surprises.
We are always happy to discuss travel for weddings outside of our standard service area.

However, we understand that every wedding is unique. We are always happy to discuss your specific needs and may be able to make small adjustments where appropriate.

Yes, we offer monthly payment plans for your convenience.
Your personalized payment schedule is outlined in your proposal prior to signing your contract, allowing you to review the full payment structure in advance. Your total balance is divided into equal monthly payments throughout your planning period.
The final payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding day.
This structure allows you to plan and budget with ease as you move through the planning process.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We understand that many couples have busy schedules, so we do offer limited evening availability until 7:00 PM one day per week, as well as occasional weekend appointments by request.

In most cases, yes. Many vendors—such as your planner, photographer, videographer, and entertainment—are on-site for extended periods of time and will require a meal during your reception.
We recommend including vendor meals in your catering plan to ensure your vendor team remains energized and able to provide the best service throughout your wedding day. Some vendors may also include meal requirements in their contracts, so it’s always a good idea to review those details in advance.
