Our Full-Service Wedding Planning experience is designed to support you from the moment you say “yes” through the final moments of your wedding day. The Joined By Love team works alongside you throughout the entire process, helping you create a celebration that reflects your story while ensuring every detail is thoughtfully organized and beautifully executed.
From establishing your budget and assisting with venue research and recommendations—including gathering up to three venue proposals—to designing your wedding aesthetic and coordinating with your vendor team, we manage the logistics so you can stay present and enjoy this special season of your life.
On your wedding day, our team works behind the scenes to oversee the timeline, coordinate vendors, and ensure everything flows seamlessly—so you and your loved ones can simply celebrate.

Our couples typically invest between $4000–$7,500 on Partial or All Inclusive Planning services to ensure every detail of their wedding is intentionally designed and flawlessly executed.

For events with guest counts at/over 200 or full Decor setup (based on guest count), we will require an extra assistant.

Assistance booking hotel room-blocks for guests and family.
The Luxe Experience includes this service.

Leave the tracking to us for guests who have not RSVP’d by the one-month deadline. Our team will follow up directly with invited guests to confirm attendance so final catering counts, décor quantities, and other planning details can be updated accurately.
For couples using Zola or The Knot, we are able to track outstanding RSVPs directly through your wedding website.
If another RSVP method is used, couples must provide a list of guests who have not responded along with their corresponding email addresses or phone numbers so we can follow up accordingly.

Our wait staff assists with buffet service, bussing tables, and supporting the flow of the reception throughout the evening. At the end of the night, they also help with teardown and packing up items as needed.
Pricing may vary depending on the guest count and whether real dishes or disposable place settings are used.

A personalized shared schedule for your family and VIPs, outlining exactly where they need to be and when throughout the wedding weekend. From the rehearsal and welcome dinner to getting ready, photos, the ceremony, and the day-after farewell brunch, this timeline keeps everyone informed, on time, and stress-free.
This schedule is designed to work alongside the master wedding day timeline and the photographer’s timeline, ensuring everyone closest to you understands where they need to be without feeling overwhelmed by the full production schedule. We tailor it to your unique plans so your family members and wedding party feel confident, included, and fully in the loop.

We assist in researching and securing locations for your rehearsal dinner, helping you find the perfect setting to host this special pre-wedding celebration.
Venue inquiries, availability checks, and booking arrangements are coordinated directly by the planner.Planner does not attend the rehearsal dinner, but does attend the ceremony rehearsal at the venue.
