Our couples typically invest between $3,500–$7,500 on Partial or All Inclusive Planning services to ensure every detail of their wedding is intentionally designed and flawlessly executed.

Add-ons

  • For events with guest counts over 200 or full Decor setup (based on guest count), we will require an extra assistant. The cost for the additional assistant is $400

  • Assistance booking hotel room-blocks for guests and family.

    Full Planning Package has this included. For other packages, the price is $250

  • Leave the tracking to us for those that don’t RSVP at the one month due date. We will use this info to update catering headcounts, decor, etc.
    Our team actively reaches out to invited guests to get accurate RSVP’s after the one month due date for those that have not responded

    This is included in the Full Planning Package. Pricing for other packages $500

  • Our wait staff takes care of serving in buffet lines, bussing, and are there to assist through the end of the night to tear down and pack up.

    Depending on the amount of the quest count and using real dishes vs disposables will affect the pricing.

  • A personalized schedule designed specifically for your family and VIPs, outlining exactly where they need to be and when—all weekend long. From the rehearsal and welcome dinner to getting ready, photos, ceremony, and reception details, this timeline keeps everyone informed, on time, and stress-free. We’ll tailor it to your unique plans, ensuring your closest people feel confident, included, and totally in the loop.

  • Finding the perfect venue sets the tone for your entire wedding day. Let us take the stress out of the search!
